Stakeholder Communication Policy

Each department communicates with stakeholders through regular business dealings, routine surveys, interviews and analysis, etc. Depending on the nature of the business, the issues of concern to each stakeholder vary. Therefore, through a variety of communication channels, we can accurately grasp the needs and expectations of our stakeholders, adjust our operation management taking into account their views, and provide appropriate responses to their concerns.

In order to enable stakeholders to communicate with the Company immediately and to improve the monitoring function of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee, Polaris continues to strengthen the communication channels with stakeholders in order to obtain their concerns and feedback through more diverse channels of communication.
