The Company has designated the Administrative Department as a special unit responsible for promoting corporate governance matters such as the Company’s honest management and compliance with laws and regulations, and reports its implementation to the Board of Directors of the Company every year. In addition, the  “Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice Principles” and” Procedures for Ethical Management and Guidelines for Conduct” were established in 2021 and the amendment or repeal of these Principles and Codes of Conduct shall be subject to the consent of the Board of Directors. The company shall regularly promote the ethical rule to colleagues every year to enhance the awareness of law compliance and reduce the risk of dishonest behavior. The Board of Directors of the Company shall perform the duty of care of a good manager to supervise the Company against dishonest conduct to ensure the implementation of the ethical management policy.
