Kay joined Polaris Group in 2015 and positioned as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Polaris, she had worked in financial advisory department in Ernst & Young for 7 years and Deloitte for 4 years, respectively.

She was responsible for providing valuation and due diligence services associated with Merger & Acquisition. Kay graduated from National Taiwan University, majoring in Economics and got Master of Accounting degree in Baruch College in New York.

Kay also got USA CPA qualification.
